Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026 · Service operated at adsvault.berouijil.com
1. Overview
Adsvault ("we", "us") provides a web application and browser extension that help you save, organize, review, and (when you choose) share copies of advertising creatives—for example Meta/Facebook ads you encounter—into boards in your account. This policy explains what personal information we process, why, and your choices.
2. Information you provide
- Account data: name, email address, and credentials (or profile data from Google if you use social sign-in), when you register or sign in.
- Preferences: settings you save in your profile (for example display or sort preferences).
- Sharing: when you invite others by email or enable a share link, we process those email addresses (for invites) and generate tokens/URLs needed to enforce access—you control who receives invites and when links are on or off.
3. Content you save (“ads”) and media
When you save an ad through the extension or the product, we may store descriptive and media-related fields you chose to capture (for example advertiser name, headline, copy, preview images or video URLs, CTAs, and similar metadata supplied by you or read from the page context). Some fields may originate from publicly visible portions of ads you saved; storing them lets you revisit and organize creatives in Adsvault. Optional in-product features may process media locally in your browser (for example extracting text from audio) without sending audio to Adsvault unless you explicitly configure otherwise—we describe behavior in-product where it applies.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Create and secure your account, authenticate sessions, and provide the service.
- Store and display ads and boards as you instruct; honor sharing permissions.
- Maintain, secure, debug, and improve the product.
- Comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect rights, safety, and integrity of users and the service.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and comparable mechanisms as needed for sign-in sessions (for example, NextAuth session cookies). You can control cookies via your browser; disabling them may affect staying logged in.
6. Service providers
We use trusted infrastructure such as hosting and database providers to run Adsvault. They process data only on our instructions and appropriate safeguards—not for their own marketing. If you authenticate with Google, Google's privacy policy also applies to that sign-in flow.
7. Retention
We keep account and saved content while your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may delete content or your account where the product offers those controls; remaining copies may persist for a period in backups as required for security and disaster recovery.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we encourage strong passwords and careful use of share links.
9. Your rights
Depending where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your request. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable law allows.
10. Children
Adsvault is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). Do not register if you do not meet that age threshold.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; the updated date appears at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy, unless a stricter regime requires consent.
12. Contact
Privacy questions related to Adsvault: please reach out through contact options provided in-app or on our site (we'll publish a preferred contact email here when available).
